Islay Whisky

Islay whisky is Scotland's smokiest whisky. The malt is dried over peat fires, resulting in notes of smoke, iodine, sea salt, and campfire, often with citrus, honey, and sherry fruit behind them. Around ten distilleries operate on the small Hebridean island, each with its own character.

With us, you will find Lagavulin, Laphroaig, Bowmore, Caol Ila, Bunnahabhain (the unpeated Islay), Kilchoman as a farm distillery, and Ardnahoe as one of the island's youngest distilleries. Also included are Islay bottlings from independent bottlers such as Smokehead, Big Peat, and Mac Talla, many as Single Cask in cask strength. All Islay malts are part of our Whisky rarities.
