Shipping cost zones:
Non-EU: The German VAT of 19% is deducted! However, you may have to pay your country's import VAT to customs or the tax office. Any customs clearance and fees, if applicable, are the recipient's responsibility! The buyer bears any resulting risks and costs. The buyer may incur customs duties and import VAT, which they must pay themselves. Partial shipping discounts from €150.

Goods can be shipped worldwide. Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped by DPD, UPS, DHL, or freight carrier.
Shipping within Germany:
Shipping is free for orders over €150! * (Mainland) For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of 5,90 euros per order. e.g. DHL parcel with age verification (18+) ! In-store pickup at our store is available for a pickup fee of 5,90. Shipping for orders under €50: 9,99.
Shipping to border areas, but within Germany,
and/or to post boxes / freight forwarders / shipping companies:
can only be made to individuals / companies who provide a receipt of delivery to the service provider.
They must then assume liability for the goods on your behalf. (So no standard PO boxes / boxes, etc.).
Please note: If your parcel shop / service provider signs for the DHL delivery themselves (e.g. because only a box or similar is available), this is treated as having been dropped in or thrown over the fence and is therefore legally considered delivered. The service provider will not be liable, nor will DHL. And of course, neither will we.
If the goods are lost we will then not be able to help you or refund you or claim compensation from an insurance company. Receipt of goods is not guaranteed with these providers, and any loss is at your expense.
VAT refund:
Switzerland: We recommend shipping to a branch, e.g. of the company www.swiss-paket.de
Request the export form from us after purchase and before export. You must have it stamped when exporting the goods. For sales of €300 or more, upon payment of a €25 processing fee, and once we receive the fully completed and stamped original form, we will refund the German VAT minus all fees, such as bank, PayPal, and postal fees, exclusively via PayPal!
We pay neither customs duties nor any fees for or in connection with exports to Switzerland, postage, disputes, fiscal representation, or any other costs.

Advance payment by bank transfer by arrangement only!
Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 3 days, quoting the payment reference. We will send you our bank details and the payment reference separately by email during order processing.
Credit card
Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards, for example: Visa, Mastercard.
Collection by arrangement only
Place your order online, collect the goods from us in person, and pay in advance by credit card, PayPal, or similar. We will first notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. Once you receive this email, you can collect the goods by appointment at the following address: (PROVIDE ADDRESS DETAILS) No shipping costs will be charged in this case.
Anything you do not order and pay for online will be charged at in-store prices (higher).
Cash payment by arrangement only
is only available in-store at in-store prices (black, sometimes crossed-out prices). Goods cannot be pre-ordered online this way.
You can arrange this by phone. Availability is not guaranteed.
