Agricole Rum

Rhum Agricole is distilled not from molasses, but from freshly pressed sugarcane juice. The result is grassy, spicy, dry, and much closer to the plant than classic rum. On Martinique, the style has been protected as an AOC since 1996, with strict rules for cultivation, distillation, and maturation.

We carry the most important houses: Neisson with its sought-after vintage and organic bottlings, Clément, HSE Habitation Saint-Étienne with finishes in whisky and Sauternes casks, Depaz from the foot of Mont Pelée, Dillon and Rhum J.M. Also Baie des Trésors and agricole-style rums from Madeira by Engenhos do Norte. All Rhums are part of our Rum Rarities.
