Guyana Rum (Demerara)

Guyana rum, usually called Demerara rum, is produced at Demerara Distillers in Diamond, home to the world’s last wooden stills: the Double Wooden Pot Still from Port Mourant, the Wooden Coffey Still from Enmore, and the Single Wooden Pot Still from Versailles. Each still has its own style, ranging from heavy and smoky to fruity and spicy.

Our selection includes bottlings that state the still (PM, EHP, VSG, SVW), single casks at cask strength from Velier, Compagnie des Indes, Rumclub, and other independent bottlers. All Demerara rums are part of our rum rarities.
