Fiji Rum

Fiji rum comes from a single source, the South Pacific Distillery in Lautoka, and has gained a loyal following in recent years. This pot still rum is bold, oily, and fruity, with notes of pineapple, green banana, pepper, and a slightly funky character reminiscent of Jamaica, yet unmistakably its own.

Since the distillery itself bottles very little premium rum, the exciting bottles come from independent bottlers: Single Casks at cask strength from Plantation, Compagnie des Indes, Rumclub, and Transcontinental Rum Line. You can also find all Fiji rums in our Rum Rarities.
