Whisky in Fassstärke (Cask Strength)

Whisky in Fassstärke (Cask Strength) wird ohne Verdünnung abgefüllt, meist zwischen 50 und 62 % vol. Was im Fass war, kommt in die Flasche: mehr Körper, mehr Aroma, mehr Textur. Fast immer sind diese Abfüllungen zusätzlich ungefärbt und nicht kühlgefiltert, also so natürlich, wie Whisky sein kann.

Über 200 Abfüllungen in Fassstärke führen wir, der Großteil davon Single Casks. Schwerpunkte sind Islay, Campbeltown (Springbank, Kilkerran), Speyside (Glenfarclas, Glenallachie), Kavalan aus Taiwan und Barrel-Proof-Bourbon. Abgefüllt von Cadenhead's, Douglas Laing, Signatory und den Brennereien selbst. Alle Flaschen gehören zu unseren Whisky Raritäten.
