The Solist Vinho is aged in wine casks, with both red wine and white wine casks used for maturation. After being used for wine, the casks are carefully scraped and then control-toasted to open up the full intensity of the fruity notes before they are filled with Kavalan distillate.
Color: deep autumn gold; bouquet: rich fusion of vanilla and caramelized sugar with dark chocolate. Ripe melon and mango together with kiwi and delicate notes of citrus with pepper in the background;
Taste: The flavor is rounded off with a clear and complex aroma
