In the small town of Saint Philip, it is distilled in the Doorly 14 at the Foursquare Distillery using an elaborate process in pot stills and column stills. It matures for 14 years in a mix of ex-bourbon casks and Madeira casks from Portugal. This creates a Barbados rum with  notes of fresh apples, exotic fruits and toffee. Doorlys

Taste: Full-bodied, complex, tropical fruits, cocoa, vanilla and caramel, molasses, oak

Finish: Long and intense with fruit and cocoa.
