Sweet, full-bodied and wonderfully fruity, with notes of dulce de leche, raspberry sauce and cinnamon bark.
Nose: Russian truffles, dulce de leche, liquorice sweets.
Palate : Raspberry coulis, cinnamon, poached pears, gorse bush.
Finish: Brisket, bacon bits, cassia bark.
