one of the three new single cask bottlings for the start of 2021. The producer chose a single cask from Belize here. The rum was distilled in June 2007 at Travellers Distillery. The distillery is located in Belmopan, the capital of Belize. In addition to rum in the Spanish style, Travellers produces other spirits. This single cask matured for a total of 7 years in Belize before making its way to Europe. After another 6 years of maturation, this cask has reached the ideal point of maturity to be bottled.

To bring all the expressive aromas to the forefront, we decided to reduce the rum from its original cask strength of 64 % to 58,9 % vol. RA buddies know that we only do this when we can achieve an absolute added value in flavor. As in this case. 

The bottling was released in February 2021.
