Distilled in 2008, matured for 12 years in an ex-red wine cask (Cask 4632). Due to the long maturation time in this wine cask, the oak had enough time to further enrich the flavour of this GlenAllachie whisky.



Nose:  Palate:  

Vivid hints of red fruits, heather honey, cinnamon, sweet notes and a touch of herbs form the basis of the character of this GlenAllachie 12 years 2007 Red Wine Barrel. Due to the whisky's relatively high alcohol content, it is recommended to add one/few drops of water to the glass. The Single Cask for the German market /NL  is a limited-edition rarity. The elegant gift packaging reflects this too: gold-embossed on the outside and hand-numbered – lined with soft velvet on the inside. The mature GlenAllachie nestles inside it.  They are максимально? Better "They are as individual as can be and yet show the full range of a single distillery: Single Cask whiskies are unquestionably something special and never fail to surprise even seasoned fans of a distillery.
