Home to Scotland's only single farm single malt. From the pier at Kennacraig on the Scottish mainland, the ferry takes us to the island of Islay. Located on the west coast, it is the southernmost and most fertile island in the Hebrides — an island group along Scotland's northwest coast. A very special island awaits us. Even as we still feel the salty, damp air on our faces and the sea churns below us, we can already make out the strip of land on the horizon. Islay is marked by rugged cliffs and grassy hillsides.
