Bourbon and American Whiskey

Bourbon must be made from at least 51% corn and mature in new, charred oak barrels. That is why it has the typical notes of vanilla, caramel, coconut, and sweet wood. Rye whiskey focuses on rye and is spicier and drier. Both styles have been booming for years, and limited releases often sell out within days.
