Nose: Aromas of fresh fruits rise up, followed by buttered toffee and a hint of banana. Dark cocoa and heavily roasted coffee follow – the typical aromas of stout.

Palate: exquisite mouthfeel, offering a variety of creamy toffee, coffee, and vanilla. A hint of lemon zest and cinnamon spice, balanced by caramelized sugar, complements the profile.

Finish: Dark chocolate dominates the finish.

Hinch Distillery Ltd Hinch Whiskey was born from the vision of founding an independent whiskey distillery in Northern Ireland. County Down, the county where the distillery is located, has been of great importance to whiskey production since the Middle Ages as a melting pot between Irish and Scottish culture. This cultural connection inspires the founder to produce a special whiskey that combines the best of both whisky traditions: the smoothness of Irish whiskey thanks to triple distillation and the boldness of Scottish whiskey.
