Non-EU:   Applies to the German value-added tax reduced from 19%! However, it may happen that you have to pay the import VAT of your country at customs or the tax office. Any customs clearance and any fees are the responsibility of the recipient! Any resulting risks and costs are borne by the buyer. Customs duties and import VAT may be charged to the buyer, who must bear these costs themselves. Shipping discounts sometimes apply from €150.

Shipping of the goods is possible worldwide. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is carried out via DPD, UPS, DHL, or freight forwarder. 

Shipping within Germany:

Shipping is free for orders over €150! * ( Mainland ) For shipping within the German mainland, we charge a flat rate per order 5.90 Euro e.g.  DHL parcel with age verification 18 years!Self-pickupIn our store, pickup is possible for a fee of around €5.90. Shipping for small quantities under €50: €9.99.

Shipping near the border but within Germany
and/or to PO boxes / freight forwarders / shipping companies:

is only made to individuals / companies against receipt confirmation from the service provider.
This must then assume liability for the goods on your behalf. (So no pure P.O. boxes / boxes, etc.). 

Note: If Your parcel shop / service provider that lets the DHL delivery person sign off themselves (e.g., because only a box or similar is available) is considered as delivered or thrown behind the fence and thus legally deemed delivered . The service provider will then not be liable for this, and neither will DHL. Of course, neither will we.   
In case of loss of the goods can we then not more help or reimburse you for anything or claim from an insurance. Reception is not guaranteed with these providers and is lost in case of loss at your expense.

Value Added Tax Refund:

Switzerland:Delivery preferably to a branch, e.g., of the companywww.swiss-paket.de

Request the export form from us after purchase and before export, which you must have stamped at the time of export. For purchases of €300 or more, and upon payment of a processing fee of €25, once we have received the fully completed and fully stamped original form, the German VAT will be refunded to you via bank transfer, minus all applicable fees such as bank fees, PayPal fees, postal charges, etc. Refunds are made exclusively via PayPal!

Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 3 days, indicating the purpose of payment. We will provide you with our bank details and the payment reference separately by email as part of the order processing.

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept, for example, the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard.

Pickuponly by appointment

You order online and pick up the goods yourself from us, paying in advance by credit card, PayPal, or similar. We will first inform you by email that the goods you ordered are ready for pickup. After receiving this email, you can collect the goods by appointment at the following address: (PLEASE PROVIDE ADDRESS DETAILS) In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

What younotOrdering and paying online will be charged at in-store prices (higher).

Cash payment only by appointment
is only possible at store prices in the store (black partially crossed-out prices). Goods for this cannot be pre-ordered online.
