Aged for four years in carefully selected ex-bourbon casks, this excellent whiskey receives its fine finish in American oak. This final maturation gives it additional complexity as well as its golden color.

Nose: distinct citrus fruit 

Taste: citrus fruit combines with spicy mocha notes.

Finish: medium, dominated by wood and spices.

Hinch Distillery Ltd Hinch Whiskey was born from the vision of founding an independent whiskey distillery in Northern Ireland. County Down, the county where the distillery is located, has been of great importance to whiskey production since the Middle Ages as a melting pot between Irish and Scottish culture. This cultural connection inspires the founder to produce a special whiskey that combines the best of both whisky traditions: the smoothness of Irish whisky due to triple distillation and the boldness of Scottish whisky.
