Nose: When poured into the glass, the aroma unfolds with roasted nuts, cocoa, freshly baked chocolate brownies, prunes, grapefruit peel, and eucalyptus.
Taste: alongside an oily mouthfeel, notes of plums, cinnamon, eucalyptus, menthol, grapefruit peel, maple syrup, and spicy oak wood.
Finish: This complex drop has a dry, spicy finish and is best enjoyed neat.

The CDI Trinidad 14 Year Rum comes from the T.D.L. Distillery and has matured since December 2006 in former bourbon casks. In July 2021, the single cask was bottled exclusively for Perola after a little more than 14 years at an alcohol content of 45% in a total of 390 bottles. The result is a multi-faceted spirit that impresses with notes of roasted nuts, cocoa, chocolate brownies, prunes, grapefruit peel, and eucalyptus. The finish is long and dry with a fine spiciness.
