Benromach CONTRASTS Peat Smoke SHERRY Cask 2012 2021 Matured 0,7l 46% vol.Whisky :MATURED, Aged exclusively in first-fill sherry hogshead casks and produced in very small batches, using barley malted with a high peat smoke level of 55 ppm.

It offers cinnamon and ginger aromas with rich notes of dark chocolate and red berries, and finishes with peat smoke and sweetness.

Color: Light mahogany

Nose: Appealing cinnamon and ginger aromas with rich dark chocolate that turns into soft Demerara sugar. Seville orange peel with sweet smoke.

Palate: Cocoa powder and sweet, creamy bee honey accompany stewed red berries. Subtle vanilla and black pepper lead to roasted almonds. Finish: Full

Finish: Sour cherry, peat smoke and a certain sweetness.
