Since 2017, there has been no more triple distillation. With the Contrasts Triple Distilled, the distillery in Scotland's Speyside returns to it again. The future vintage release is triple distilled from lightly peated barley malt with 12 ppm. Maturation in First-Fill Bourbon Barrels. without chill filtration,  without colorants.

The Benromach distillery is located on the outskirts of the old market town of Forres in the middle of the Speyside region not far from the coast. The distinctive red chimney can be seen from afar and is one of the distillery's landmarks.

The golden single malts live up to Benromach's quality promise, using only four ingredients: the finest Scottish barley, purest spring water from the Romach Hills, yeast, and the expertise of the master distillers. Benromach uses only First-Fill casks. Each cask is filled by hand, weighed, and labelled before its contents mature over many years in the traditional Dunnage warehouse to reach optimal maturity. The small team of distillers relies entirely on their expertise and senses. Only when the whisky meets the high quality standards of the family-run Benromach distillery is it bottled. Benromach also describes this high level of craftsmanship with its slogan: Made by hand for genuine character. Numerous international awards confirm the excellent quality of these unique Single Malt Scotch whiskies.
In 2018, Benromach also launched Red Door Highland Gin. Handcrafted in the copper still Peggy, hidden behind a red door and produced in small batches, this characterful gin made from fine grain spirit has a heart of the finest juniper. Enriched with local botanicals typical of Scotland, it reveals characteristic citrus notes of bitter orange, aromatic sea buckthorn, heather, and rowanberry.
