Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at the Asahikawa Disti llery in Hokkaido. Fresh spring water from the mountains and water from the Sea of Japan are blended with carefully selected botanicals such as juniper berries, bitter orange peel, licorice root, angelica, and coriander to create a unique gin that perfectly captures the Japanese coastline in a bottle. The Etsu Pacific Ocean Water bottles are made from 100% recycled glass. Through this process, bubbles and a rough texture may form on the glass. Some special features, such as colored lines and different blue and green tones, give each bottle its unique and natural design, reminiscent of handmade glass. 


Nose : fresh and iodized salty
Palate : Iodine well-balanced with the yuzu
Finish : Rounded, supple, silky
