Nose:  dried apricots, Manuka honey, and a hint of tobacco.

Palate: notes of dark brown sugar mixed with dried fruits, walnut, and dates, followed by hints of vanilla.

Finish: long-lasting with notes of palm sugar and tamarind.

Limestone Branch Distillery is a young producer of American Whiskey – it was not until 2010 that the two brothers Steve and Paul Beam founded their passion project in the “Bourbon State” of Kentucky. Tradition still plays a major role in their whiskeys: the Beam family has been distillers for seven generations; their great-great-grandfather Washington Dant is considered an early bourbon pioneer, and their great-grandfather Minor Case Beam comes from the family of the famous Jim Beam.

Since 2015, a new Yellowstone Limited Edition has been produced every year. For the current 2022 edition, a balanced blend of 7-, 15-, and 16-year-old bourbons, matured in Marsala Superiore casks, was bottled. Mellow Mash is an exclusive Yellowstone feature and identifies only the finest bourbon that bears the Yellowstone name.
