Hinch Single pot Still 43%vol 0.7l Irish Irish Whiskey.

Part of the whiskey, which expresses the Irish style, matures in bourbon barrels; a second part in sherry butts.

Nose: aromas of cinnamon cream, citrus peel, and melted butter.

Palate: a blend of herbal and biscuit aromas with pronounced spicy notes.

Finish: a dry and spicy finish.

Hinch Distillery Ltd Hinch Whiskey was born from the vision of founding an independent whiskey distillery in Northern Ireland. County Down, the county where the distillery is located, has been of great importance for whiskey production since the Middle Ages as a melting pot of Irish and Scottish culture. This cultural connection inspires the founder to produce a special whiskey that combines the best of both whisky traditions: the smoothness of Irish whiskey thanks to triple distillation and the boldness of Scotch whisky 

The aim of Hinch Distillery is to create a highly distinctive product based on the magic of time and correspondingly long maturation.
