Palate: Fruity-sweet, subtle vanilla, pleasant interplay of acidity, delicate spice. Delicately sweet Dulce de Lecce, pistachios, dark chocolate, plums, tropical fruits, raspberries, pepper.

The Plantation Single Cask Rums are limited editions of double-aged Haute Couture Rums. These fine spirits first mature in former bourbon casks in a tropical climate before receiving their finish in ex-Ferrand casks made of French oak. This takes place in the south-west of France. Alexandre Gabriel, who was named the world’s best Master Blender in 2012, always carefully selects the casks for the second maturation. They mostly held wine, another type of spirit, or even beer before that. The type of cask used is selected individually for each rum to highlight its unique character. Only a few versions of Plantation rums are produced each year, making them true collector’s items.
