Taste: very complex with notes of citrus fruits (grapefruit, blood orange)
Finish: very well balanced with notes of fruit and spices, woody notes are harmoniously integrated
The Uitvlugt distillery, located west of the Demerara River, closed its doors like all other Guyana distilleries - apart from Diamond. It has some exceptional distillation equipment. For this rum, the "Savalle" still was used, which makes it possible to produce very different distillates.
