Springbank: The flagship is simply called Springbank—and because of its legendary salty note, it is often referred to as “the Maritime.” Lightly peated and distilled 2.5 times, this single malt was first bottled in 1828 and is now available in 10, 12, 15, 18, and 21-year-old expressions. Each release is a unique tasting experience: in the 10-year-old edition, for example, the aroma plays with the flavor of sweet fruits and honey, blending this inimitably with a subtle peaty note. Fully balanced in flavor, with a deep yet understated malt character and a consistently present smoky note, this whisky finishes long and elegant. Available at 46 % Vol. and Cask Strength.
