When you talk about Barbados, you naturally think straight away of miles of white sandy beaches, Caribbean vibes and, of course, rum. And that is exactly how it should be… This rum was distilled in 2000 in the oldest documented distillery in the world, in a pot still. It matured for 6 years in ex-Bourbon casks in the tropical climate of Barbados and was then imported to Europe.
