Distillery West Indies Rum Distillery Fermentation 3 days Raw material molasses Dosage 2 g/l Distillation Pot and Column Still Aging in the country of origin 2 years in American bourbon barrels (200 l) Finish at MAISON FERRAND 14 years in FERRAND barrels (350 l) Bouquet An intensely aromatic and spicy nose of sweet cinnamon, nutmeg, toasted almonds, flambéed bananas, citrus peels, as well as gentle floral notes and honey.
