Palate: plum, blackberries, caramelized coconut, ripe apples, raisins and mint come together in a wonderful flavor composition that fades with gentle notes of toffee and grapes.

Aged tropical for 13 in ex-Bourbon and 3 in ex-Port wine casks.
Rum distilled at Chairman’s Reserve on St. Lucia in a Coffey Column Still and also stored there.
