Kilchoman 2007-2017 is an aged whisky that matures in a Sherry Butt. After it was distilled in November 2007, the whisky was bottled in August 2017. Nose: malt, peat, mineral notes giving way to fresh grass and smoke. Taste: a combination of different fruits, including strawberries, cherries, and plums. This leads into a smoky aftertaste with a little spice.
