Palate the aromas of Black Forest ham, hazelnut, and pepper become noticeable.
Finish is long-lasting and smoky, as if you had just let a piece of BBQ meat melt in your mouth.
In collaboration with the French restaurant Melt Paris, a blend of Panama and Nicaragua rum was subjected to the Fat-Washing process.
For the Fat-Washing, fat from tender and juicy BBQ meat was used.
