Nose:  Vanilla, mocha and candied fruit

Palate: beautiful intensity on the nose and palate, slight bitterness, with a long, lingering finish. 

This Master Selection was distilled in 2015 on Martinique and matured for 5 years and 9 months in an American Oak Cask in the cellar of Georges-Louis Clément. The rum was distilled from pure sugarcane juice using the column still process. This rum impresses with its aromas of vanilla, mocha and candied fruit. The enjoyment is rounded off by a beautiful intensity on the nose and palate, slight bitterness, with a long, lingering finish.
