A Single Malt Irish Whiskey with an outstanding price-performance ratio comes from the Hinch Distillery. It is matured in premium ex-bourbon casks made from American oak and ex-Oloroso sherry casks. After blending, this Single Malt is exceptionally flavorful and smooth. 

Hinch Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey matures in high-quality ex-bourbon casks made from American oak as well as in Madeira and Oloroso sherry casks, selected by the Head Distiller. This maturation gives the Single Malt a full-bodied, powerful character. 

Hinch Distillery Ltd Hinch Whiskey was born from the vision of founding an independent whiskey distillery in Northern Ireland. County Down, the county where the distillery is located, has been of great importance to whiskey production since the Middle Ages as a melting pot between Irish and Scottish culture.
