Palate  The palate introduces soft peat smoke and notes of morello cherries and aniseed, accompanied by a creamy mouthfeelreminiscent of cusard creams.Icon Finish

Finish The coastal influence emerges in the finish in notes of brine, oil and salted caramel, along with the persistent peat smoke.

Springbank: The flagship is simply called Springbank – and is often referred to as "the Maritime" because of its legendary salty note. Lightly peated and triple distilled 2.5 times, this single malt was first bottled back in 1828 and is now available in 10, 12, 15, 18 and 21-year-old expressions. Each bottling is a unique tasting experience: in the 10-year-old edition, for example, the aroma plays with the taste of sweet fruits and honey and varies this inimitably with a fine peat note. Completely balanced in flavor, with a deep yet unobtrusive malt nuance and a consistently present smoky note, this whisky has a long and elegant finish. Available at 46 % Vol. and Cask Strength.
