Nose: Fruity notes of orange peel, baked fruit, Madeira wine, and vanilla pods impress the nose.

Palate The vanilla, Madeira wine, and fruit flavors are retained and are complemented by notes of raisins, black olives, berries, pineapple, mango, and freshly pressed sugarcane.
Finish: finely balanced, complex, grassy.

At 6 years old, it is even the oldest rum ever bottled at the small distillery.
