Taste: again Williams pear aroma, nicely paired with a hint of vanilla, like a warm, sweet dessert freshly baked from the oven, served with its delicious melted chocolate

Aftertaste: clear and direct with notes of pear, lemongrass, verbena, and white pepper

The Clarendon distillery is located in the south of the island of Jamaica in St. Catherine’s Town. The rum has been produced from local molasses since the 18th century.
