The large sherry butt does the whisky good and gives it a harmonious balance. Especially with young sherry cask maturations, there is often too much of an overstatement.
ARWEN is different and NO sherry bomb like some SFTC from Edradauer or Glengoyne.

Nose: butter crumble, baked waffles with whipped cream and vanilla sugar. Whole milk chocolate, crème brûlée ), juicy fruit. Hints of pomace.

Palate: young and crisp, butter crumble, cake batter, milk chocolate, fruit, almonds, walnuts.

Finish : very pleasantly light , walnuts, 

DO NOT add water, it is exactly right as it is !
