Nose: expressive notes of dark chocolate and mocha alongside apple pie, fig jam and freshly cut wood. 

Palate: wonderful aromas of dried spices and roasted nuts. These are followed by impressions of delicate wood, plums, chocolate and tobacco.

Finish: long and intense

This Rhum was aged for 15 years in toasted bourbon barrels. A highly aromatic and highly concentrated Rhum of exquisite finesse. Over the course of its long maturation, the
Rum loses over 75 % of its original volume through natural evaporation. What remains is an aromatically highly concentrated rum of exquisite finesse.
