Nose : floral, fragrant, vanilla, broom, gooseberry cake.
Palate: surprisingly smooth, fruity sweetness
Finish: long, juicy, with a little water: meringue, lemon cake, drier toward the end.
The whisky, which was distilled in 2017, has undergone a two-stage maturation process. After its initial maturation in former bourbon casks, it spent the majority of its maturation time in Muscatel casks.
