Nose:  Typical Jamaica rum notes in a lighter version, a mix of bright tropical fruits and stewed apples. Intense and very fruity with lime zest, cooking apple, pear juice, pineapple, star fruit, cooked banana, jasmine and vanilla.

Palate: Aroma 1:1 on the palate, accompanied by subtle classic Calvados aromas. Fresh and oily with herbal notes, tropical fruits and lacquer.

The Plantation Single Cask Rums are limited editions of double-aged Haute Couture Rums. These fine spirits first mature in former bourbon casks in a tropical climate before receiving their finish in ex-Ferrand casks made of French oak. This takes place in the southwest of France. Alexandre Gabriel, who was named the world's best Master Blender in 2012, always carefully selects the casks for the secondary maturation. They usually held wine, another type of spirit, or even beer before. The type of cask used is chosen individually for each rum to highlight its unique character. Only a few versions of Plantation rums are produced each year, making them true collectors' items.
