Mezan Guyana Diamond Rum 2007, a fine rum from an independent bottler,  based in Europe and bringing true treasures to market. This rum is aimed at connoisseurs and collectors.  authentic with no added sugar, no coloring, no chill filtration. A cask strength rum at barrel proof, a high-quality single cask rum in a limited release. Single cask bottling from DDL. Demerara Distillers Ltd., this distillery, the old pot stills now no longer active, come from distilleries such as Enmore and Uitvlugt. Its success is the double maturation,  for twelve years the rum from Guyana matured both in a tropical climate in American bourbon casks and in a continental climate in Spanish PX sherry casks.
