Aroma Sweet, sooty peat smoke kicks off this malt, reminiscent of toasting marshmallows on a beach campfire. This combines with a maritime influence typical of Campbeltown whisky, with notes of salt and fishing creels.

Taste It´s a complex whisky and tastes beyond its years. Peat smoke dominates with malty undertones of crushed digestive biscuits. A liquorice note develops as it opens up and there is a hint of sweetness, like sticky honey glazing.

Finish Hints of red fruits and mineral notes round off this malt.

The Work of Human Hands – Springbank and its sister distillery Kilkerran produce their single malts 100% by hand, traditionally, and on site in Campbeltown. As a result of the original methods, only limited production capacity is available. Each Campbeltown single malt whisky from the Springbank family J. & A. Mitchell & Co. Ltd reveals its own style through different distillation stages and levels of smoke. Kilkerran is a lightly peated, double-distilled single malt that is bottled without colouring and without chill filtration.
