Springbank: The flagship is simply called Springbank - and because of its legendary salty note, it is often referred to as "the Maritime." Lightly peated and distilled 2.5 times, this single malt was first bottled in 1828 and is now available in the age statements 10, 12, 15, 18, and 21 years. Each individual bottling offers a unique taste experience: in the 10-year-matured edition, for example, the aroma plays with the flavor of sweet fruit and honey and varies it in an inimitable way with a fine peaty note. Perfectly balanced on the palate, with a deep yet unobtrusive malt nuance and an ever-present smoky note, this whisky has a long and elegant finish.  Cask Strength.  Scotland's oldest continuously family-owned distillery: Springbank.
