Lightly peated and distilled 2.5 times, this single malt was first bottled in 1828 and is now available in the 10, 12, 15, 18, and 21 year age statements. Each individual bottling is a unique taste experience: in the 10-year-aged edition, for example, the aroma plays with the flavor of sweet fruits and honey and varies it in an inimitable way with a delicate peaty note. Perfectly balanced on the palate, with a deep yet unobtrusive malt nuance and an ever-present smoky note, this whisky has a long and elegant finish.  Cask Strength.
