Liquid history from FRC: 30 years into the past with New Yarmouth. With the FRC New Yarmouth 1 994/2024, the North German experts now present a single cask from Jamaica that looks back on an impressive 30 years of maturation. Between tropical (24 years) and continental climate (six years), the rare rum developed a multi-faceted profile in the bourbon barrel for discerning connoisseurs. Bottled at a crisp but surprisingly mild 67.6% vol. in only 199 bottles, this unique release unfolds iconic Jamaica notes ranging from gas station to fruity "funk" through to caramel and pepper.
