Palate: light sweetness, fine wood, subtle fruit notes, anise, and a light minerality. The flavor is long-lasting, accompanied by a fine bitterness, a little wood, and a delicate dryness.
Guyana is a country with a wealth of natural resources. With this bottling, we have uncovered a very special treasure. This rum was imported to Europe in early 1992, shortly after its distillation in December 1991, filled into wooden casks here, and matured in the continental climate until it was bottled.
