Springbank: The flagship is simply called Springbank - and because of its legendary salty note, it is often referred to as "the maritime one." Lightly peated and distilled 2.5 times, this single malt was first bottled in 1828 and is now available in 10, 12, 15, 18, and 21 year-old expressions. Each individual bottling offers its own unique tasting experience: in the 10-year matured edition, for example, the aroma plays with the flavor of sweet fruits and honey, varied in an inimitable way with a fine peaty note.
