Planteray Hogo Monsta is a VERY HIGH ESTER rum with a highly concentrated flavor profile. This product is a liquid monster that, like a highly dosed essence, is used drop by drop, as a dash. Handle with care! With 2029 gr/hl (pure alcohol) of esters, the HOGO MONSTA shows a distinctive aroma of overripe tropical fruits such as banana, pineapple, and mango, underpinned by characteristic fermentative notes (paint, olive brine) and a subtle spice profile. On the palate, it presents a viscous-oily texture, high aromatic density, and a persistent, intense finish at 56,6 % vol. A distillate of striking expressiveness and declared high ester character that deliberately focuses on complexity and intensity and is excellent as a special cocktail ingredient or as a highlight in a tasting.
