Nose:  smoky smoke like a coastal fire, accompanied by earthy coal dust and a delicate sweetness of grilled pineapple.

Palate:  intense and smoke-forward with notes of smoked rock salt, freshly ground black pepper, and velvety honey sweetness. Dark chocolate adds depth.

Finish: long, with lingering sweet smoke and chocolatey accents. A smoky, full-flavoured Irish whiskey!

Hinch Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey matures in high-quality ex-Bourbon casks made of American oak as well as in Madeira and Oloroso sherry casks, selected by the Head Distiller. This maturation gives the Single Malt a full-bodied, powerful character.
