Collection: Nine Springs Brand Whisky Germany Thuringia

Highest quality and best taste. We set high master brewer standards for the preparation of our distillates – especially our whisky. Then, our dedicated distillers ensure aromatic experiences for the palate. The flavors are naturally rounded off and developed through a sophisticated cask management – a matter for the boss. Not colored and not chill-filtered, these attributes are a matter of course for us. Every single bottle is filled and numbered by hand. We are proud to be a true manufactory and want to remain so.
No.9 Spirits Manufactory in Worbis. In the Eichsfeld town of the 9 Springs, we produce the finest spirits for connoisseurs according to proven recipes. With us, modernity meets tradition; we combine the spirit of the past with the taste of home.
For over 150 years, the land of the 9 Springs in Worbis has been closely associated with the authentic taste of Eichsfeld as a traditional beer brewing location. Perhaps it is due to the purity and richness of its numerous springs – what is created here stands for quality and the highest enjoyment. At the No.9 Spirits Manufactory in the heart of Germany, we capture the spirit of our homeland and preserve it in the finest spirits – matured in complete silence – distinctive in character, produced only in small quantities and of noble quality. Our single malt whisky is already known far beyond the borders of Eichsfeld. We compose our malt recipe from various types of barley malt and process them with master brewer expertise in our professional brewhouse. The responsibility for the open fermentation process also lies with our brewmaster, who sees a special challenge in experimenting with fermentation temperatures and yeasts to create a highly aromatic wash (young beer). After gentle distillation in two pot stills (1,500 l and 500 l), the starting signal is given for the multi-year maturation in selected oak barrels. Cask management is a particular focus of our work. The distillers work very closely with the boss here.
