Nose:  fruity-complex with the aroma of canned pear, honeydew melon, gooseberry jelly
and sultanas. In addition, it offers a sweet aroma of white chocolate, crème brûlée and cream candy, and in the background fine spice with cinnamon and a little cardamom.

Palate: creamy and subtly sweet. The whisky retains this subtle fruity sweetness for a long time; only after some time does the impression become a little drier and напоминает banana leaves.

Finish : Fruity! Only at the end does the long cask aging show through, and the whisky bids farewell with a subtle, dry aftertaste.

After 4 years of maturation in former bourbon barrels, we aged it for another 5 years in a former Pedro Ximénez sherry cask. The result is an extremely complex and balanced single malt with an alcohol strength of 46% vol.
